1. All artworks will be carefully packed by experts using high quality packing materials to ensure their protection during transportation.
2. Original artworks will be handled with the utmost care, and depending on the complexity of the artwork, packaging may take longer to complete. If this occurs, we will keep you informed of any delays in shipping times, ensuring your artwork arrives in excellent condition.
4. Returns and Refunds Policy
At Katiuska's Art, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a return policy that gives you peace of mind and confidence when purchasing from our store and gallery.
I. Return Conditions
1. Products must be returned in their original condition, unused and with all tags attached, undamaged and unaltered, and original packaging largely intact.
2. The return request must be made within five (15) days of receiving the item.
3. We do not accept returns on personalized or custom-made items unless there is an error on our part or the product is defective.
4. Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase as proof of the transaction.
5. If it is a work of art, it must be returned with its certificate of authenticity.

Due to the custom nature of print-on-demand products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds, except in cases where the product is damaged or defective, in which case a return or refund may be requested. 2. We also do not cover claims for minor variations in color or texture that are inherent to the nature of the production process and materials used in printed products. These variations do not affect the functionality or quality of the product.
B. Exceptions
1. If the product arrives damaged or in poor condition, please contact us within 15 days of receipt with clear photos of the defect, and we will offer you a solution, either a replacement or a partial/full refund, depending on the extent of the damage.
2. Design or printing errors: In the event that a printing or customization error occurs due to a fault on our part, we will replace the product or offer a partial or full refund depending on the impact of the error.
C. Changes or Cancellations
1. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled due to the print-on-demand process. Customers are responsible for correctly entering shipping information and verifying design details before completing the purchase, as changes cannot be made once the printing process has begun. We recommend that you carefully review the order details before confirming it.
2. It is not possible to change the shipping address once the order has been sent to production, as the products are manufactured and shipped quickly, except if your order is an original work.
D. Quality Assurance
1. We make sure to work with high quality materials to deliver products that are durable and meet our customers' expectations. If you feel that the quality is not up to par, please feel free to contact us.
E. Shipping International
1. Additional costs: Customers are responsible for any taxes, duties or customs fees applicable in their countries. These costs are not included in the product prices or shipping costs. We recommend that you review your country's customs regulations before placing your order.
2. International delivery times: International shipments may take longer due to customs processes and local restrictions. Please allow an additional 2-3 weeks if you live outside the country.
5. Print on Demand and Dropshipping Policy
I. Print on Demand
1. Production time: All products in our store are made to order. Once you place your order, our team immediately begins production. The average production time is 2 to 7 business days, depending on the type of product.
2. Personalization: Since the products are unique and personalized according to your preferences, please note that there may be slight variations in color or details with respect to the images in the store.
3. If the customer receives a product with incorrect customization (e.g. error in the printed design), they must contact us within 15 days of receipt.
4. The customer will be required to provide clear photos of the product received, along with an explanation of the discrepancy between the product ordered and the one received. If we confirm that an error occurred in printing or personalization, we will offer a replacement of the product with the correct personalization. In the event that this is not possible, we will offer a partial or full refund depending on the extent of the error or damage to the product.
A. Shipping Time
1. Shipping Processing: After production, your order will be shipped and the total time to receive your order depends on your location and the shipping option selected.
2. Estimated delivery times: Approximately 3 to 30 business days, depending on the complexity of the printing on the product, your location and the courier service. International orders or those in remote areas may take longer due to customs or logistics restrictions.

II. Dropshipping
We reserve the right not to process claims, refunds or replacements in cases where products have been mishandled by the customer, or if claims do not comply with our return and refund policies.
- Shipping Time: Delivery time is 5-45 days, depending on customer location and supplier availability. International shipments or shipments to remote areas may take longer due to customs processes or logistics restrictions.
- Order Tracking: You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as the order has been shipped.
- Customer Issues: If there is a delay in delivery, defects in products, or incorrect products are shipped, please contact customer service.
- Supplier Errors: Suppliers are responsible for shipping products as described. In case of serious issues such as undelivered, damaged or incorrect products, please contact our customer service. We will contact the supplier to resolve the situation as soon as possible.
- It reserves the right not to refund, replace or accept claims if it deems appropriate.

7. Policy for Original Works
A. Description and Authenticity
1. Original Artwork: Each original artwork is unique and created by hand. Images in the store are representative, but slight variations in color, texture, or detail may occur due to the nature of the artwork.
2. Certificate of Authenticity: All of our original works include a certificate of authenticity signed by the artist to ensure that you receive a genuine piece.
B. Shipping Time
1. Shipping Preparation: Original artworks require careful handling to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Therefore, the packaging and shipping process can take between 5-10 business days.
2. Shipment tracking: Once the artwork has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can monitor the delivery process.
3. We are not responsible if the artwork is lost or otherwise damaged after being sent by post, unless an insured shipping service has been contracted. We recommend that customers opt for insured shipping for added protection in case of loss or damage.
C. Returns and Refunds
1. Original works: Since original works are unique and irreplaceable, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the work arrives damaged.
2. Damaged artwork: In the event that the artwork arrives damaged, you must provide us with clear photographs of the damage within 48 hours of receipt. We recommend that the client does not manipulate the artwork and send detailed photos of the packaging and the artwork. After reviewing the case, we will offer you an appropriate solution, such as a partial or full refund, in addition to providing the postal address where the artwork must be sent by the client, at their expense.
3. Errors in the shipping address: If the customer entered an incorrect address and the package cannot be delivered, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping costs. If the artwork cannot be returned or is lost due to customer error, a refund will not be offered. We recommend carefully checking the shipping address before completing the purchase to avoid possible errors.
4. We do not accept claims if the damage is due to mishandling by the client. We also do not cover claims for small variations in color or texture that are inherent to the nature of the production process and materials used in the original works.
D. Image Quality and Accuracy Assurance
1. Materials and Conservation: All of our works are created using the highest quality materials. However, due to the delicacy of the original works, we recommend that you follow our conservation guidelines to preserve the quality of the piece.
2. Conservation of the work: Avoid exposing the work to direct sunlight, humidity or environments with extreme temperatures. If necessary, frame the work with protective glass to ensure its durability.
3. While we strive to represent each piece of art accurately, color variations may occur due to differences in device display. Claims for minor variations in smell or appearance will not be accepted as this is normal for digital viewing of artwork.
E. Modifications or Cancellations
1. Cancellations: Once the purchase of an original work has been made, cancellations cannot be made . All sales of original works are final.
2. Shipping Address Changes: If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase. If the address change is not possible, we will notify you as soon as possible so that you can take appropriate action.
3. After this time, we cannot guarantee that the exchange can be made.
F. International Shipping
1. Additional costs: International customers are responsible for any taxes, duties, or customs fees that may apply upon receipt of the artwork in their country. In case of confirmed loss of the order, a full refund of the product cost will be offered. However, we will not refund any duties or taxes paid by the customer as these are the buyer's responsibility.
2. Customs Delays: International shipments may be subject to additional delays due to customs clearance procedures. We cannot guarantee an exact delivery date for orders shipped outside the country.

I. Claims for Delays or Losses in the Shipment of Original Works
1. If the order has not arrived within the estimated time, domestic customers (Puerto Rico) should contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. For international shipments, please contact us within an additional 7 days if there are customs delays.
2. In case of delays, the tracking number will be checked first and the courier company will be consulted for updated information on the status of the order. If the order is lost during transit (and confirmed by the courier company), a full refund will be offered.
